  • Schedule and make service appointments for customers.
  • Support the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales objectives.
  • Compile and provide all inquiries for onward sales meetings by the sales team.
  • Keep customer data for official use and provide insights on observed trends of customer requests.
  • Convert inquiries to active sales through professional persuasive measures and strategies.
  • Escalate customer issues for prompt attention and resolution.
  • Provide timely information, guidance, and assistance to resolve customer requests.
