Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the development and execution of a business development plan that drives revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing a business development plan to drive revenue and market expansion.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and client segments.
  • Managing sales forecasts, budgets, and profitability metrics.
  • Analyzing sales performance data and preparing reports for senior management.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in branded merchandise, corporate gifts, or related industries.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sales analytics tools.
