**Job Title:** Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Sigma Consulting Group. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of business management and developing successful business strategies.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement strategies for effective account management and resolution of account-related issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure account requirements and expectations are met.
  • Review and approve account-related documentation and transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all account activities and communications.

**Requirements:**

  • A bachelor's degree in Accountancy, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the recycling or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of business management and developing successful business strategies.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and managing accounts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
