Geographical Expansion Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Geographical Expansion Lead to join our team and drive sales growth within a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Lead and manage a team of direct reports, providing mentorship and support to enhance performance.
- Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors to expand the sales network.
- Maintain positive relationships with dealers and key retail outlets while ensuring timely payments.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory sales positions, preferably in telecommunications, ISP, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue with a strong field sales background.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies effectively while utilizing performance KPIs to drive results.
