High-Performing Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a talented Sales Officer to drive sales growth, ensure seamless execution of sales activities, and enhance customer satisfaction. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts for purchases.
Key Accountabilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies and marketing initiatives to attract new customers.
- Collaborate with the Inventory Team to ensure real-time stock accuracy.
- Prepare proposals and quotations, collaborating with technical teams for installation and service solutions.
- Conduct customer needs analysis and recommend tailored product solutions.
- Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring effective relationship management.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in a high-end sales environment.
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc) in any discipline.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong client management and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERPs and CRM systems is an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
