Enterprise Growth Manager

The Business Development Manager will spearhead the expansion of existing clientele while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Retail, SME, and Corporate sectors. This role requires developing robust relationships with clients, driving profitability through innovative solutions, and generating deposits to support the company's financial objectives.
Main Responsibilities
• Foster and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, pinpointing opportunities for growth and cross-selling.
• Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and corporate accounts, providing tailored solutions to meet their distinct needs.
Key Performance Areas
• Conduct market research to inform product development, ensuring alignment with customer demands.
• Implement targeted marketing initiatives to enhance brand positioning and drive awareness within the financial sector.
• Focus on quality asset creation and deposit mobilization to support revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and generate leads through strategic outreach.
Requirements & Qualifications
This position necessitates a minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial bank or financial services company. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, coupled with proven expertise in marketing, relationship management, and client servicing. Additionally, they should possess experience working with high-net-worth individuals and corporate accounts, proficiency in digital marketing, and exceptional communication abilities.
