The Jenniez School of African Interior Design is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive growth and success in our interior design sales team.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and students, and delivering exceptional customer service to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including digital marketing, referrals, industry events, and networking
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and students to foster repeat business and referrals
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and results to inform sales strategies and improve performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in education, design, or a service-based industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with strong closing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and students professionally and persuasively
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients and students
