About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Growth Associate to join our team at FriendnPal. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and improve brand recognition through strategic partnerships and funding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create action plans to boost financial growth and enhance brand visibility.
  • SOURCE funding opportunities to support business expansion.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.

Growth Initiatives:

  • New customer acquisition
  • Client optimization, especially in B2B sales
Requirements
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify and research potential clients
  • Negotiation skills to secure contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
  • Willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
