We are seeking a Strategic Growth Associate to join our team at FriendnPal. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and improve brand recognition through strategic partnerships and funding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Create action plans to boost financial growth and enhance brand visibility.
- SOURCE funding opportunities to support business expansion.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
Growth Initiatives:
- New customer acquisition
- Client optimization, especially in B2B sales
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify and research potential clients
- Negotiation skills to secure contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
- Willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
