Job Overview
FORT KNOX OUTSOURCING is recruiting a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead our Modern Distribution division. This role entails managing a sales team, driving growth through modern retail channels, and ensuring effective sales strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Guiding and motivating the sales team to achieve targets
- Implementing sales strategies to enhance sales performance
- Coordinating training activities for sales staff
- Overseeing sales activities and product availability
- Making sure products are priced correctly and merchandised effectively
- Compiling sales reports and managing performance goals
- Developing and managing sales teams to maximize performance
- Ensuring customer service standards are met and exceeded
- Training, motivating, and mentoring sales team members
- Evaluating on-the-job performance of sales team
- Identifying trends that appeal to consumers and staying ahead of the competition
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Science or Arts course
- Field training and market working certifications
- Minimum two years experience in sales, marketing, and distribution in Banks, Telecoms, or reputable FMCG companies
