Job Overview

FORT KNOX OUTSOURCING is recruiting a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead our Modern Distribution division. This role entails managing a sales team, driving growth through modern retail channels, and ensuring effective sales strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guiding and motivating the sales team to achieve targets
  • Implementing sales strategies to enhance sales performance
  • Coordinating training activities for sales staff
  • Overseeing sales activities and product availability
  • Making sure products are priced correctly and merchandised effectively
  • Compiling sales reports and managing performance goals
  • Developing and managing sales teams to maximize performance
  • Ensuring customer service standards are met and exceeded
  • Training, motivating, and mentoring sales team members
  • Evaluating on-the-job performance of sales team
  • Identifying trends that appeal to consumers and staying ahead of the competition

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Science or Arts course
  • Field training and market working certifications
  • Minimum two years experience in sales, marketing, and distribution in Banks, Telecoms, or reputable FMCG companies
