About the Role

Key Duties

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
  • Coordinate training sessions for sales staff to enhance their skills
  • Monitor sales activities and ensure product availability
  • Analyze sales data to inform pricing and merchandising decisions
  • Compile regular sales reports to track performance
  • Manage sales team performance and provide coaching to underperforming team members
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products and services

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Science or Arts)
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., field training and market working)
  • At least two years of experience in sales, marketing, and distribution roles
