We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Instruction Leader to join Ingryd Academy. This role requires expertise in developing and delivering instructional programs focused on solution-based selling, customer relationship management, and technical sales strategies.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement a cutting-edge IT Solution Sales curriculum that aligns with industry standards.
- Lead engaging classroom and online sessions to promote student learning and skill development.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to students throughout their training journey.
- Evaluate student progress through thorough assessments, quizzes, case studies, and practical exercises.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in IT Solution Sales and integrate relevant content into the curriculum.
- Collaborate with instructors and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
- Regularly review and refine teaching methods and materials to optimize learning outcomes.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Industry-recognized certifications in IT Sales, Solution Selling, or related areas are highly valued. A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT Solution Sales is essential.
