We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Leader to join our team at BLAKSKILL LIMITED. As a Senior Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Professional certifications in sales management or leadership
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience in industrial sectors (Manufacturing, Power, Mining, or related industries)
- At least 3 years of experience in leading and managing sales teams
