Job Description:

The Role of the Growth Manager at Delight Corporate Realty Ltd is a pivotal one, driving growth and expansion within our organization. As a key member of our team, this individual will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing team of enthusiastic real estate marketers to promote and sell our properties.

This role requires an exceptional leader with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and team management within the real estate industry, along with in-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company targets.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of real estate marketers.
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team to ensure they are motivated, productive, and aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts to maximize profitability.
