Experienced SME Collateralized Loan Officer

Duties:
-Present, promote, and sell financial products and services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
-Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their financial needs.
-Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
-Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
-Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
-Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
-Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
-Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales plans.
-Set short-term and long-term sales goals and align them with company targets.
-Prepare and deliver presentations on financial products and services to SMEs.
-Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
-Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to make informed decisions.
-Manage sales pipelines, forecast sales, and report progress to senior management.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
-Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling financial products to maximize revenue.
-Prepare regular sales reports, including sales volume, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
-Present insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business decisions.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-Proven experience as a SME Sales Officer or similar role for at least three (3) years, preferably in the financial services industry.
-Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and techniques.
-Excellent leadership and team management skills.
-Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
-Strong organizational and time management abilities.
-Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
-Familiarity with sales analytics and reporting tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₦200,000.00 per month
