Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful
Regional Marketing Support
professional to assist the
Global Marketing Team
in executing campaigns and initiatives for the Nigeria market. The ideal candidate should be fluent in
both Chinese and English
, possess strong organizational skills, and be familiar with local marketing trends. This role will serve as a key bridge between the regional market and global headquarters, ensuring smooth communication and effective campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Global Marketing Team in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events for the Nigeria market.
  • Assist in the localization of global marketing materials, including content adaptation and cultural alignment.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights into regional marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with regional partners, agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Monitor marketing channels (social media, digital platforms, influencer collaborations) and prepare performance reports.
  • Handle administrative and coordination tasks related to marketing projects, events, and campaigns.
  • Support budget tracking, vendor management, and documentation of regional marketing activities.
  • Collaborate closely with design, content, and business development teams to ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
    (written and spoken); understanding of Nigerian culture and market dynamics is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of marketing or coordination experience (internship or full-time), ideally in the fintech, trading, or Event sectors
  • Strong coordination, multitasking, and communication abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media management.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
