Title: Hotel Front Staff

Location: Oluyole, Ibadan (Must reside within Oluyole)

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site

Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday (Must be fully available and flexible to respond to on-call inquiries and bookings on Sunday)

Salary: 100,000 NGN

Job Summary: We are hiring a reliable, customer-focused, and proactive individual to manage daily operations of a service apartment in Oluyole. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for guests and ensure seamless operations, cleanliness, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via local calls, WhatsApp voice calls, and WhatsApp messages.
  • Be physically present to welcome guests, check them in/out, and assist with their needs.
  • Receive payments (cash, transfer, POS) and issue receipts.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure all areas are clean, functional, and well-maintained.
  • Supervise and coordinate janitors, gatekeepers, and other support staff to ensure duties are performed efficiently.
  • Report maintenance issues immediately and follow up on repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest feedback.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed at all times.

Requirements

  • Must live within Oluyole, Ibadan (non-negotiable).
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English; knowledge of Yoruba is an advantage).
  • Proficient in using WhatsApp for voice calls, messaging, and sharing updates/photos.
  • Tech-savvy (able to use smartphones, POS devices, and basic apps).
  • Highly organized, responsible, and trustworthy.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or facility management is a strong advantage.
  • Pleasant personality with strong problem-solving skills.
