KÍLÉNTÀR is Hiring: Retail Sales Associates & Front of House Cashier (Lagos)

We're looking for talented, customer-focused individuals to join our in-house team for an elevated KÍLÉNTÀR store experience.

We're hiring Retail Sales Associates and a Front of House Cashier, individuals who can represent the brand with confidence, warmth, and exceptional professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Sales Associates


• Welcome clients and provide personalised styling support


• Drive sales through strong product knowledge and an understanding of client needs


• Ensure the boutique remains organised, clean, and beautifully merchandised


• Support with stock replenishment and basic inventory tasks


• Deliver an elevated, seamless KÍLÉNTÀR shopping experience

Front of House Cashier


• Manage POS transactions with accuracy and efficiency


• Oversee customer checkout and payment processes


• Support the sales team during peak hours


• Maintain a calm, welcoming front-of-house environment


• Assist with general in-store operations as needed

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• A natural ability to sell, build rapport, and guide clients confidently


• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask


• Passion for fashion, luxury service, and creating memorable customer experiences
