We're hiring a
Head of Sales & Operations
to lead our liquor brands in Nigeria. The role involves driving sales growth, managing distributors and retail networks, and overseeing trade marketing and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies.
  • Manage distributor and retail channels.
  • Coordinate with production and packaging teams.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years in Sales & Marketing (Liquor/FMCG).
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian market.
  • MBA/Bachelor's in Marketing or Business Management.
  • Experience in blending/manufacturing is a plus.
