Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson, based in Lekki. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for cultivating client relationships, guiding property transactions, and achieving sales targets. Key duties include conducting property tours, preparing purchase agreements, researching property details, and ensuring exceptional customer service through each stage of the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Real Estate, Real Property management, and holding a valid Real Estate License
  • Proven skills in Sales and meeting performance targets
  • Strong Customer Service skills to enhance client satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well on-site and within a team environment
  • Experience in the real estate sector in Lagos is a plus
  • Relevant certifications or courses in sales or real
