Job Title: Fashion Designer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Experience: Minimum 3 Years Practical Fashion Design Experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Fashion Designer with strong practical experience in pattern drafting, sewing, garment construction, and bespoke tailoring. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, create high-quality outfits, and interpret client styles accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, cut, sew, and finish high-quality garments based on client specifications.
  • Create patterns, sketches, and style concepts for both male and female wear (as applicable).
  • Take accurate body measurements and ensure perfect fittings.
  • Recommend suitable fabrics, styles, and fashion trends to clients.
  • Manage production timelines and deliver outfits promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Supervise or collaborate with tailors and machinists where necessary.
  • Ensure excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail in all pieces.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience in fashion design and garment production.
  • Strong skills in pattern drafting, cutting, sewing, and finishing.
  • Creativity with a good understanding of current fashion trends.
  • Good customer service, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must reside in Lekki or nearby areas.
