Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead partnership acquisition and grow our property listing network. The ideal candidate has strong communication and negotiation skills, industry awareness, and a passion for building market relationships. You will work closely with our digital marketer to generate leads and convert them into revenue. Compensation is structured as deferred pay + commissions + performance bonuses.
