Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and tech-savvy professional to lead our Smart Devices Department. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in selling smart home systems and smart devices, with hands-on experience in driving sales within top smart device companies. This role requires a commercially driven leader with deep knowledge of the smart devices industry, capable of building sales strategies, leading a team, and ensuring strong business growth.

Responsibilities


• Provide leadership and direction for the Smart Devices Department.


• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue from smart home systems and devices.


• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion for smart devices.


• Drive B2B and B2C sales across retail, corporate, and distribution channels.


• Lead negotiations with vendors, distributors, and clients to maximize business value.


• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create campaigns that drive device adoption.


• Stay updated on emerging smart device technologies, trends, and competitive activities.


• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior leadership.


• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service delivery.


• Build, mentor, and manage a high performing smart devices sales team.

Requirements

∙Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA or Master's is an advantage).

∙Minimum of 7+ years' experience in sales of smart devices/smart home systems, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

∙Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets in the smart device industry.

∙Prior experience working in leading smart device companies (local or international).

∙Strong understanding of smart home technologies, IoT devices, and consumer electronics.

∙Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

∙Strong business acumen with ability to manage P&L for the department.

∙Tech-savvy with the ability to translate product features into customer value
