- Generating leads by identifying and targeting new contacts in line with the overall business strategy
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with your new and existing clients
- Cold introductions that consistently convert to new business meetings and closing deals
- Selling a portfolio of luxury goods and services to HNIs, Corporate and Government agencies.
- Stay up to date on current industry trends and challenges, ensuring the company evolves and its offering develops in line with brand demands and requirements
- Use pre-established relationships to expand the current position of the business
- Attend activations and relevant industry events to network and help build the company's profile
- Provide regular updates and reports on performance, pipeline development, client feedback, and industry insights
- Be responsible for owning & executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly/yearly revenue targets
- Develop new and evolving strategies to attract and engage new clients
Requirements
- First degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other related fields.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Development manager with at least 2 years in a luxury goods and service company preferably
- Proven track record of successfully closing high-end deals with HNIs, corporate and Government agencies
- Highly professional and confident communicator
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and driven by target
