JOB SUMMARY
- BSc / BA in Business Administration or relevant field
- Certification in sales or marketing is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales roles within an Internet Service Provider Company
- Proficiency in analyzing consumer data for optimizing sales efforts
- Familiarity with industry trends and regulations
- Effective communication with clients and staff
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Collaboration with other department heads to formulate marketing strategies
- Advanced problem-solving abilities
- Expertise in staff optimization and team development
- Proficiency in MS Office and other computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Team-oriented with a high level of commitment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage sales team schedules, documents, and information sharing
- Ensure availability of necessary sales equipment and materials
- Address customer complaints and provide post-sales support
- Allocate territories and quotas to sales staff
- Organize training and schedules for the sales team
- Monitor and replenish sales presentation materials
- Analyze customer data to enhance sales strategies
- Track sales team quotas and goals
- Input order details into the company database
- Address client inquiries about accounts and products
- Collaborate with various departments to boost sales performance
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Notify clients of any delays or issues
- Monitor team progress, identify areas for improvement
- Assist in promotional material preparation and events
- Ensure compliance with laws and policies
