Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Office Admin. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating company databases, organizing a filing system for confidential documents, and handling customer complaints in a timely manner. They will also prepare reports and presentations with statistical data and distribute and store correspondence.

- Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments

- Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc in any related field
- 1-2 years of experience in similar roles or administrative roles
- Experience with office management software (MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of self-confidence and ability to create new ideas
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Reside close to the job location
