Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Office Admin. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating company databases, organizing a filing system for confidential documents, and handling customer complaints in a timely manner. They will also prepare reports and presentations with statistical data and distribute and store correspondence.

  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Distribute and store correspondence
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data
  • Requirements:
  • HND/B.Sc in any related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in similar roles or administrative roles
  • Experience with office management software (MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of self-confidence and ability to create new ideas
  • Basic knowledge of accounting
  • Reside close to the job location
