Key Responsibilities
- Answering questions about the company by phone or email
- Taking inventory and ordering office supplies
- Receievingvisitors at the reception area
- Scheduling meetings and taking notes
- Updating computer records
- Maintaining office correspondences
- Making travel arrangements
- Printing and photocopying paperwork
- Overseeing daily office tasks
- Interfacing with government egencies LAWMA, NEPA to ensure complaince
- Interface with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth operation
- Perform everyother administrative tasks as asigned
Key Requirrements
- Candidate should have at least 2 yrs experience in a similar role
- Should reside in Ogba and it's environs
- Must have good knowledge of microsoft office suite Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Good communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Customer service skills.
