We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the relevant personnel.
  • Perform a variety of clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to messages, and preparing documents.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room schedules to prevent conflicts.
  • Manage accounts receivable, tracking invoices and expenses.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date office files, including job records and vendor information.
  • Purchase office supplies, equipment, and furniture as needed.
  • Perform other tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to share important information.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff when necessary.
  • Process and reconcile financial documents and transactions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
