Business Development Executive

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Jossylee Homes and Properties Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts.
  • Locating potential business deals by contacting potential customers, discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Proactively initiating and engaging sales calls to new prospects.
  • Protecting the organization's values by keeping all information confidential.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for new services.
  • Interfacing with existing strategic clients to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
  • Defining and following up on periodic targets and objectives.
  • Determining new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
  • Developing and delivering business plans through carrying out research, formulating market analysis, and delivering accurate business reports.
  • Building referral and lead generation networks and affiliates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Sales or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Business Development experience, preferably with relevant experience in the real estate industry.
  • Strong Client Relationship Management skills.
  • Excellent Negotiation skills.
  • Market research experience.
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • Excellent Presentation and communication skills.
  • Desire to make significant contributions to a rapidly growing organization.
  • Proactive self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team.
