Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Executive at Ascentech Service Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our woodwork projects. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and target potential clients in the woodwork industry, including custom kitchens, wardrobes, office and home furniture, wooden wall panels, and decorative pieces.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to attract clients requiring high-quality, customized wooden installations and decorations.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand current trends in wood-based designs and project demands.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals focused on woodwork projects.
- Negotiate pricing and project terms with clients, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure project feasibility, cost estimates, and alignment with client needs.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients in the woodwork industry, focusing on repeat business and referrals.
- Provide detailed reports on business development activities, including new wood project pipelines, client meetings, and sales targets.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role with a strong focus on woodwork projects.
- Deep understanding of the woodwork industry, including knowledge of wood materials, carpentry, and design principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency with CRM software, project management tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
