
Business Development Strategist

The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and sales skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to develop and execute business strategies.
The role involves strategic and operational responsibilities to increase sales, brand awareness, and market share in the QSR sector. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to generate business opportunities.
Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop strategies for new customer acquisition and increasing business with existing clients.
Brand Promotion: Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Customer Retention: Focus on retaining key clients through excellent service and relationship management.
New Outlet Development: Scout and identify potential locations for new store openings.
Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market conditions, and business progress.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, along with minimum 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the QSR, hospitality, or retail sectors.
