Product Growth Manager @ SPLICE

About the Role:

As a Product Growth Manager at SPLICE, you will be responsible for developing and driving product positioning and messaging that resonates with beauty and wellness professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and driving product positioning and messaging that resonates with salon owners, spa managers, and beauty professionals.
  • Building out buyer personas and incorporating insights into messaging to drive demand, retention, and expansion.
  • Owning all product/feature launches for marketing, including defining success metrics for product adoption and revenue.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategy and drive launches for public beta, new features, and products.
  • Creating marketing collateral to effectively communicate product value propositions.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • At least 4-5 years of product marketing experience ideally in a SaaS or fintech company.
  • Experience developing positioning and messaging campaigns for SaaS or fintech products.
  • Experience identifying and building core customer personas.
  • Demonstrated examples of product marketing assets produced.
  • Strong command of quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
