Job Summary
A highly skilled Executive Assistant is sought by HR-ON-WHEELS to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO. This role requires exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling day-to-day correspondence. They will also prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure that action items are followed up and completed in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities
* Manage the CEO's schedule and coordinate travel arrangements
* Provide administrative support, including preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes
* Ensure compliance with company standards and maintain accurate records
* Assist with communication between the project team and clients

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
* 2-3 years of experience in an executive assistant or office manager role
* Proven experience in project management or document management systems
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail
