Strategic Business Growth Specialist

Provia Integrated ltd is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Specialist to support the strategy team and management in achieving sales objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to express the company's views creatively.
About the Role
This role involves handling business development strategies, including targeting, prospecting, and presenting compelling business propositions. You will support all business development initiatives, activities, and meetings. Your task will be to gather potential client background information, including company history, recent market trends, competitors, key decision makers, and other crucial information to better understand prospective clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle business development strategy including targeting, prospecting, and presenting compelling business propositions.
- Support all business development initiatives, activities, and meetings.

- Originate new clients for the company and originate new work from existing clients.
- Create and build profitable and successful relationships with clients by marketing and cross-selling company products.
Requirements
- BSc in Business Administration or relevant fields.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or related roles, preferably with exposure to multiple industries or business sectors.
- Excellent relationship management and networking skills.
- Good understanding of diverse industries, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes, with the ability to adapt strategies to each business sector.
- Results-oriented individual with a drive to win new quality business for the company.
Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is NGN 6,000,000 - NGN 9,000,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
