Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at Lifespring Technology. As a key member of our business, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and revenue through prospecting, sales, and business development processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and partners to identify new business opportunities.
  • Close deals and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Manage the company's social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve sales performance, and expand the company's customer base.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must reside preferably in Lagos State.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research and prospecting skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Experience with social media management and marketing.
