About This Role

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team and drive our sales strategy, expand our client base, and increase revenue. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a high-impact sales strategy, building and leading a high-performing sales team, and cultivating relationships with institutional and high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that drives business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team that achieves sales targets and exceeds expectations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with institutional and high-net-worth clients to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and drive business expansion.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in sales leadership within asset management, investment, or financial services.
  • A strong network of institutional and retail investors.
  • Strategic thinking and excellent negotiation skills to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
