Plugz Strategic Services is seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Customer Acquisition Specialist. This position requires a unique blend of creativity, analytical skills, and technical expertise to drive customer growth and revenue expansion.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, sales, and customer acquisition. They will be responsible for developing and executing innovative acquisition strategies, managing digital marketing campaigns, and collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content.
- Design and execute multi-channel customer acquisition plans, incorporating digital marketing, social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
- Engage with potential customers online, leveraging social media, email, and other digital platforms to build relationships and close deals.
- Develop and target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and create effective lead generation strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, social media advertising, and other relevant channels.
- Create and distribute engaging content to attract and resonate with target audiences.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of driving customer growth in B2B or B2C environments within the tech industry.
- Extensive experience in digital marketing and sales, with a deep understanding of online customer acquisition strategies.
