- We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to develop and execute a strategic business development plan that drives revenue growth and market expansion.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and client segments.
- This role involves managing sales forecasts, budgets, and profitability metrics, as well as analyzing sales performance data and preparing reports for senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in branded merchandise, corporate gifts, or related industries.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sales analytics tools.
