About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide mentorship and coaching to junior sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to achieve commercial growth and market expansion objectives.
  • Sales Performance: Ensure the sales team meets and exceeds revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities, responding to RFPs, and engaging in tenders.
Requirements
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Oil and Gas industry and its trends.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
