Job Description
As a Senior Customer Support Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service and support. Your responsibilities will include supervising and mentoring a team of customer service representatives, handling escalated customer inquiries, and developing and implementing customer service strategies to enhance satisfaction.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- First response time: 1 hour or less
- Resolution rate: 90% or higher
- Customer satisfaction rating: 4.5/5 or higher
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and customer support tools
