About Hempawa Consult Ltd

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Customer Support Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring a group of customer service representatives. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

In this role, you will handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues efficiently. You will also develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance satisfaction. Additionally, you will monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve service quality. Collaboration with other departments to streamline customer support processes is also a crucial aspect of this position.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in customer service, preferably in a leadership role. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach are essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is also necessary. Proficiency in CRM software and customer support tools is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
