Business Development Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth by generating leads and closing sales. The ideal candidate will be passionate about connecting with prospects, onboarding new clients, and contributing to the success of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop lead generation strategies to identify potential clients interested in our services.
- Utilize various channels, including social media, email marketing, and networking, to attract and capture leads.
- Maintain accurate lead records and continuously expand the database of potential clients.
Sales and Closing:
- Engage with leads to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct product/service demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.
Follow-up and Onboarding:
- Consistently follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from lead to customer.
- Provide support and guidance to clients during the onboarding phase to set the stage for a successful partnership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in lead generation and sales, preferably in a digital marketing or tech-related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for community engagement and lead generation.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and performance.
