The SME Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating and implementing effective marketing strategies to grow our customer base. This includes identifying new business opportunities, developing targeted marketing campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance to inform future strategies.

  • Risk asset creation: Develop and execute strategies to create high-quality risk assets">
  • Portfolio management: Maintain a healthy Portfolio At Risk (PAR) and optimize asset allocation">
  • Deposit mobilization: Drive deposit growth through targeted marketing campaigns">
  • Asset protection: Ensure the safekeeping and maintenance of our fixed assets">
  • Digital platform adoption: Advocate for customer migration to automated channels and support digital platform adoption">

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field">
  • 1-3 years of experience in banking or a related industry">
