Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Professional to join our team at SwiftConsulting. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the Lagos region.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced sales professional to lead sales efforts and achieve revenue targets in the FMCG sector.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective customers to understand their needs, present solutions, and negotiate terms to close deals.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Communication: Utilize excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed sales quotas by consistently closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the FMCG sector is compulsory.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, result-driven mindset, practical knowledge of sales techniques, attention to detail, and keen interest in conducting research.
  • Location: Proximity to the following locations; Ikorodu, Lekki/ Ajah, and Ibadan is a prerequisite.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around ₦800,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the candidate's level of experience. Additionally, employees can expect a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
