Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at Human Partners Consulting. This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to contribute to the growth of our organization.
About Us:
Our client, a leading player in the Autofinance industry, aims to scale its Sales team to 1,000 members across Lagos State by March 31, 2025. We believe that this goal can only be achieved through the recruitment of exceptional talent with a proven track record in selling financial products, real estate, or as medical sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with key stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, customer data, and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Requirements:
- Prior experience selling financial products, real estate, or as medical sales representatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- A strong understanding of the Nigerian market and local regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary of NGN 800,000 - NGN 1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
