Ralds and Agate Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. Estimated salary for this position in the location is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services to potential customers.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and at least 3-5 years of experience in sales, particularly in service-based B2B environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently
  • Buid and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly
  • Stay informed about competitor offerings and market developments
  • Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management and participate in team meetings
  • Ensure all contracts, agreements, and documentation are completed accurately
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and new sales opportunities
  • Analyze customer data to understand purchasing behaviors and preferences
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape in the relevant industry. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is also essential.
