
Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Front Desk Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. They will also have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and managing day-to-day operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Front Desk Officer, your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing top-notch customer service to visitors, clients, and employees.
• Managing day-to-day operations, including maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
• Registering and signing in visitors, issuing visitor badges, and notifying relevant personnel of their arrival.
• Scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating with staff members as needed.
• Performing administrative tasks such as sorting and distributing mail, ordering office supplies, and maintaining records.
• Providing information to visitors regarding company policies, procedures, and facilities.
• Troubleshooting basic office equipment issues, such as printers and telephones.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
• Handling inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues as necessary.
• Upholding confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
• Supporting special projects and tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
A degree in any discipline or equivalent certification in office administration is beneficial. Proven experience in a similar role is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are necessary.
