We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Support Executive to join our team at Tuteria Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service and Support: Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries and messages across Meta platforms.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that meet enrollment targets.
- Content Creation: Contribute to the development of engaging content for Meta platforms, in collaboration with the marketing team.
- CRM Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback within the CRM system.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role, preferably in education or healthcare.
- Skills: Strong communication and technical skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and Meta Business Suite.
