At FriendnPal, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Strategist to lead our brand recognition efforts and drive financial growth.

This exciting opportunity is designed for an individual with expertise in developing action plans, sourcing funding, and creating sales strategies that align with our growth initiatives. These include acquiring new customers and optimizing existing ones, particularly in business-to-business (B2B) sales.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies is essential for this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
  • You will be responsible for identifying and researching potential clients, coordinating with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals, and negotiating contract terms with clients and stakeholders.
  • In addition, you will monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed, track qualified prospects to add them to the sales pipeline, and develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow our business.
  • Problem-solving skills are crucial in proposing mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software is also required.
