Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary: Ascentech Services limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth and expand our market presence in the paint and construction chemicals market.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the paint and construction chemicals market.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, distributors, and other key stakeholders.

Develop a deep understanding of our product range, including technical specifications and applications.

Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.

Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports on sales activities, and provide regular updates to management.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in field sales, in the paint or construction chemicals industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
