Job Overview
Betfigo is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our agent database and achieving monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop a 360-degree marketing strategy to expand the agent database and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Identify new markets for brand building of lotto games and analyze agents' feedback and market data.
- Gain and maintain a high level of understanding of Betfigo's products, solutions, and services.
- Onboard and pursue leads and maintain close relationships with potential agents.
- Initiate market research studies, analyze data, and present findings to the Zonal Head.
- Advise agents on new products and existing products improvements.
- Develop daily goals for the sales team to ensure sales targets and business growth are met.
- Cold call as appropriate within assigned markets or geographic areas to ensure robust pipelines of opportunities.
- Retain existing agents by maintaining contacts and keeping communication gaps open.
- Consistently track sales tools to monitor team sales and ensure achievement of set targets.

Requirements:
- First Degree/HND in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years sales experience, preferably in the Lotto or Sports Betting industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
- Proficient in reporting and data analysis.
